Until they were uncovered again and shared publicly in the mid-1900s. Traditionally, this meditation technique was taught only at 10-day silent Meditation retreats, where I learned it and start experiencing everyday life, offering a path to profound emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
After more than 1000 hours of meditation, I gained new awareness through daily improvement and experience and I evolved this Technique with a life-changing concept: Coherence.
